In order to further enhance our customer experience and to continue being the best RoRo port in Europe, Port of Trelleborg introduces customer hosts. We wish to offer our customers’ customers an even better service and strive to hold a high level of quality in the port, including anything from offering a cup of coffee to answering the drivers’ questions.
Many truck drivers originating from Eastern Europe only speak their first language. Our new service hosts Andrea and Pavel are siblings from Macedonia. They have a great advantage as they speak both Swedish, English, German, Macedonian and other Slavic related languages.
The customer hosts will be on duty in the port a few days a week with yellow jackets saying ”Customer service” on their backs. We hope that this will lead to an even better, nicer, and safer experience at Port of Trelleborg.
