New line from Port of Trelleborg to Klaipeda

TT-Line’s M/V Robin Hood

9th of June, TT-Line starts a new route between Trelleborg and Klaipeda, it will be a combined cargo and passenger route with one departure a week. The ferry will depart Saturday morning and arrive in Klaipeda late in the evening the same day. The return will take place on Sunday at 01.30 with arrival in Trelleborg at 17.30. The route will be served by the RoPax ferries Tom Sawyer, and also Robin Hood during the summer months. The ferries have a capacity of approximately 2,000 meters, 130 trucks on three decks, and 163 cabins are offered to more than 300 passengers.

Port of Trelleborg looks very positive on TT-Line’s development with yet another line, it is only four years since TT-Line started its Poland traffic, which has had a strong development. It is gratifying that it will be possible to travel to another destination to and from Trelleborg.

The new line means that the Port of Trelleborg strengthens its position as Scandinavia’s largest RoRo port and a natural hub in the route network with connection between the ports of Rostock – Travemünde – Swinoujscie – Klaipeda – Trelleborg.
