Green Ship Peter Pan’s first arrival in Port of Trelleborg

In heavy rain, the new Green Ship Peter Pan arrived for the first time in Port of Trelleborg today.

Our customer TT-Line is expanding its capacity in the Baltic Sea and this is their 9th vessel in the fleet and their second Green Ship, which can be powered on LNG.

Peter Pan will operate between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. Just like its sister ship Nils Holgersson, Peter Pan has room for 800 passengers and just over 200 vehicles.

According to tradition, Port of Trelleborg’s CEO Jörgen Nilsson handed over a plaque from the port to the vessel’s captain Stephan Schipplick.

Port of Trelleborg’s relocation and expansion is being done, among other things, to be able to receive larger ships, so we are of course very happy that yet another new and modern vessel is now in port!

We wish TT-Line the best of luck with Peter Pan!
